Crawler products are neither adware nor spyware

We co-operate with major software developers to make sure they classify our products correctly; however, there are dozens of companies developing spyware detection products on the market with no clear regulation and, as a result, our products may sometimes get incorrectly classified. Crawler products are neither adware nor spyware and we are aggressively negotiating with companies that have mis-classified our products as such. In almost all cases, this classification has already been reversed.
