CRAWLER PARENTAL CONTROL PRIVACY POLICY

PLEASE READ THIS PRIVACY POLICY CAREFULLY. BY USING ANY OF THE CRAWLER PARENTAL CONTROL SERVICES ("Services"), YOU REPRESENT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE AGREEMENT, WHICH INCLUDES THIS PRIVACY POLICY, AND YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL ITS TERMS. TERMS NOT DEFINED IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY HAVE THE MEANING DESCRIBED IN THE TERMS OF USE.

You must be at least 18 years of age in order to agree to the terms of this Agreement and to download the Services, as defined in the Crawler Terms of Use. IF YOU ARE BETWEEN THE AGES OF 13 AND 17, A PARENT OR GUARDIAN MUST DOWNLOAD IT FOR YOU. USE OF THE SERVICES BY ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 13 IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

Information Collection

Visiting and using Crawler Parental Control Services may result in Crawler receiving and acting upon performance and usage information, such as information about installation, un-installation, checking for updates, and sending reports about tracked user's activity to administrator's email address. This information will not be used to personally identify you.

Personally Identifiable Information

Crawler Parental Control services do not require registration in order to create an account. You are only asked for your email address and account password. The email address will be used should you forget your account password; to send you a new password.

Cookies

Cookies are small files that contain information that a website uses to store user preferences and settings. You can reset your browser to control cookies; however, some Crawler services may not function properly if cookies are refused.

Sharing of Information

Crawler does not collect any personally identifiable information unless provided by you, and we will not share, rent or sell any of your personally identifiable information provided by you. We may share aggregated non-personally identifiable information with third parties outside of Crawler. Aggregate non-personally identifiable information is recorded about users and collected into groups so that it no longer reflects or references an individually identifiable user. We may disclose some information in response to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal requirements.

Policy Changes

Crawler may change this Privacy Policy at any time at its sole discretion. Notice of material changes to this Policy will be posted on Crawler Parental Control's Website. We will not reduce your rights under our Privacy Policy without your explicit consent, and we expect most future changes to be minor.
